Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required where you live) to use the Platform. If we learn that a user is under that age, we may suspend or delete the account.

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform and play available games for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

You may create and publish gameplay videos, streams, or screenshots that feature Arcadizu and its catalog for personal or creator content, provided you do not imply official endorsement, do not obscure our branding when reasonably required, and comply with applicable law and the rules of the platform where you publish.

• Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Do not sell, rent, or transfer accounts. Do not share login details.
• You may close your account from account settings where available, or by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, legal risk, prolonged inactivity, or to protect the community.

Games may be provided by Arcadizu, partners, or independent developers. We do not guarantee that any title will remain available, bug-free, or suitable for every player. Third-party games may have additional rules inside the game environment.

You retain rights to content you submit (such as profile text or feedback). You grant us a license to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate and promote the Platform.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Upload malware, scrape at abusive scale, reverse engineer except where mandatory law allows, or attack our infrastructure
• Circumvent advertising, paywalls, rate limits, or security controls
• Use the Platform for unlawful or infringing purposes

We may remove content, restrict features, or ban accounts when we reasonably believe these rules were broken.

The Platform is free and may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense. Blocking ads or interfering with monetisation may limit access to parts of the service.

Some games may offer virtual items or currency through third-party payment providers. Those purchases are between you and the relevant provider/developer under their terms and refund policies. Arcadizu is not responsible for missing items or payment disputes handled by those parties unless required by law.

Arcadizu branding, site design, software, and curated materials are owned by us or our licensors. Games remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcadizu and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) fifty euro (€50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform and close your account.
