Developer Terms
Last updated: October 18, 2026
These Developer Terms govern participation in the Arcadizu Creator Program. This is placeholder text pending legal review.
Eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding agreement, provide accurate profile and payout details, and submit only games you have the right to distribute.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your game code, art, audio, and trademarks. By submitting a game you grant Arcadizu a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, promote, and distribute the game on the platform and in related marketing. You represent that your submission does not infringe third-party rights.
Revenue share
- Creators receive 50% of net advertising revenue attributed to their game pages.
- Creators receive an additional 10% bonus on net advertising revenue from sessions attributed to their referral traffic.
- Arcadizu retains the remaining share to cover platform costs, review, and operations.
Payouts
- Payouts are made exclusively to registered businesses, sole traders, or self-employed individuals capable of issuing a valid commercial invoice. We do not currently support direct payouts to private individuals without a registered tax entity.
- The minimum payout threshold is 50 EUR.
- Estimated dashboard balances are illustrative until ad networks are fully live and reconciled.
- Payout requests are reviewed manually. Arcadizu may reject requests that fail verification, violate these terms, or exceed available reconciled balance.
- Taxes and payment-provider fees are your responsibility unless required otherwise by law.
Content standards
Games must be functional HTML5 builds, free of malware, and suitable for a general audience unless otherwise approved. We may reject, unpublish, or remove titles that break these rules.
